Deer in Velvet

I’ve never gotten so close to a deer in my life as I have with this deer. For some reason he wasn’t afraid of me or John and continued to eat as I snapped pictures and John made noises to get his attention.

For the most part he ate and ignored us. I think he thought he was a cow.
